For nearly 45 years, Classic Development Consultants, Inc. (CDC) and Shuty, Inc. have provided a “common sense” approach to needs of our clients.  CDC/Shuty, Inc. has a highly professional and specialized staff, overseen by a project manager knowledgeable in all specialties and aspects of the project.
